ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻒ ﻣﻦ
ﺷﻌﺒﺎﻥ ، ﻓﻘﻮﻣﻮﺍ ﻟﻴﻠﻬﺎ
ﻭﺻﻮﻣﻮﺍ ﻧﻬﺎﺭﻫﺎ ، ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ
ﻳﻨﺰﻝ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻟﻐﺮﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﺸﻤﺲ
ﺇﻟﻰ ﺳﻤﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ، ﻓﻴﻘﻮﻝ
ﺃﻻ ﻣﺴﺘﻐﻔﺮ ﻓﺄﻏﻔﺮ ﻟﻪ ، ﺃﻻ
ﻣﺴﺘﺮﺯﻕ ﻓﺄﺭﺯﻗﻪ ، ﺃﻻ
ﻣﺒﺘﻠﻰ ﻓﺄﻋﺎﻓﻴﻪ ، ﺃﻻ ﺳﺎﺋﻞ
ﻓﺄﻋﻄﻴﻪ ، ﺃﻻ ﻛﺬﺍ ﺃﻻ ﻛﺬﺍ
ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻄﻠﻊ ﺍﻟﻔﺠﺮ
Ma'ana:
“Idan daren Nisfu
Sha'aban ya zo ku raya
darensa da Qiyamullaili,
kuma ku azumci
yininsa, domin Allah
Madaukakin Sarki yana
saukowa zuwa saman
duniya daga zarar rana
ta fadi, yana cewa: shin
akwai mai neman
gafara ana gafarta
masa, ina mai neman
arziki na arzuta shi, ina
wanda Allah ya jarrabe
shi na yaye masa, ina
mai kaza da kaza har
zuwa ketaowar alfijir."

ﻳﺎ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺻﻠﻰ ﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ
ﻓﻲ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻒ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻌﺒﺎﻥ
ﻳﻘﺮﺃ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﺑﻔﺎﺗﺤﺔ
ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻭ )ﻗﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﺣﺪ (
ﻋﺸﺮ ﻣﺮﺍﺕ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﻳﺎ
ﻋﻠﻲ ﻣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﻳﺼﻠﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ
ﺍﻟﺼﻠﻮﺍﺕ ﺇﻻ ﻗﻀﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰ
ﻭﺟﻞ ﻟﻪ ﻛﻞ ﺣﺎﺟﺔ ﻃﻠﺒﻬﺎ
ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻠﺔ ﻗﻴﻞ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ
ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ
ﻛﺘﺒﻪ ﺷﻘﻴﺎ ﺃﻳﺠﻌﻠﻪ ﺳﻌﻴﺪﺍ
ﻗﺎﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺑﻌﺜﻨﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻖ ﻳﺎ
ﻋﻠﻲ ﺇﻧﻪ ﻣﻜﺘﻮﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻮﺡ
ﺇﻥ ﻓﻼﻥ ﺑﻦ ﻓﻼﻥ ﺧﻠﻖ ﺷﻘﻴﺎ
ﻳﻤﺤﻮﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﻳﺠﻌﻠﻪ ﺳﻌﻴﺪﺍ …
Ma'ana:
“Ya Aliyyu! Duk wanda
ya yi salla raka'a dari a
daren Nisfu Sha'aban,
ya karanta Fatiha da
Qulhuw Allahu goma. Sai
Annabi ya ce: ya Aliyyu!
Babu wani bawa da zai
yi wannan sallar, face
Allah mai girma da
buwaya ya biya masa
buqatunsa da zai nema
a wannan daren. Sai aka
ce; ya Manzon Allah ko
da Allah ya rubuta shi a
cikin marasa rabo zai
mai da shi mai rabo? Sai
Manzon Allah (saw) ya
ce: na rantse da wanda
ya aiko ni da gaskiya,
haqiqa an rubuta a jikin
Lauhul Hamfuz cewa:
wane dan wane dan
wane an halicce shi
shaqiyyi, amma sai
Allah ya shafe shi ya
mai da shi marabauci…"
Haka kuma an sami
wani hadisi daga Amr
Ibn Miqdam daga Ja'afar
Ibn Muhammad daga
babansa ya ce:
ﻣﻦ ﻗﺮﺍ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻒ ﻣﻦ
ﺷﻌﺒﺎﻥ ﻗﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺃﻟﻒ
ﻣﺮﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﺭﻛﻌﺔ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻤﺖ
ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺒﻌﺚ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﺎﺋﺔ
ﻣﻠﻚ ﺛﻼﺛﻮﻥ ﻳﺒﺸﺮﻭﻧﻪ

BISMILLAHIR RAHMANIR RAHIM
Na karanta rubutun da dan uwa Shehun Malami Dr. Sani Umar Rijiyar Lemu ya yi akan wannan lamari kuma har na yi sharing tare da dan ta'aliki a kai. Na so na wadatu da wannan, amma sai na ga a wasu shafukan yan uwa ana ta tafka muhawara da sa bakin masu masaniya a Fikihu da wadanda ma ba su da ita sam.
Akwai masu ra'ayin cewa, an dulmuyar da Dr. Sani ne har ya canja fatawa. Ina son in fada ma wadannan cewa, sun jahilci wane ne Dr. Sani a kaifin basirarsa da bincikensa na ilimi. Ba na maganar wani dan bokon da bai san kimar ilimin annabawa ba don ya ce masa "Dan Arabiyya zalla" ko "Mai ido daya" . Domin ko ya sani ko bai sani ba da annabin Allah yake. Shi ne mai Arabiyya zalla. Kuma idonsa mai tsarki da tarin albarka bai taba kallon wani bokon da shi wannan jahilin yake takama da shi ba. Littafin Allah da ya zo da shi Arabiyya ce zalla, haka ma hadisansa Arabiyya ne zalla. Ashe wanda ya sha su ya koshi shi ke zama dan Arabiyya zalla. Mai sukar sa ta wannan fuska kuma ya san ko waye yake suka. Allah ya shirye mu.
A nan dai ina son ne in dan kara haske a kan matsalar don masu neman bayani tsakani da Allah ko za su gane:
1. Riba tana shiga a cikin Bashi idan ya kasance kudi da kudi ne, aka samu fifiko saboda jinkiri. Misali, Zan ranta maka N1000 a karshen wata ka ba ni N1100. Wannan haram ne.
2. Hukuncin ba haka yake ba idan cinikin kaya ne. Misali, mai biredi a unguwarku tana sayar da shi a N180 amma duk wanda zai karba Bashi N200 za ta rubuta masa a karshen wata ya biya. Wannan ya halalta bisa ingantacciyar magana. Lallai kam Annabi Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ya haramta ciniki biyu cikin daya, amma wannan ba shi ne ba. Ciniki biyu ne daban daban. Farashin kudi hannu daban, na Bashi daban. Don haka ya halalta.
Karin bayani kan wannan a duba: Nailul Audar na Imam As-Shaukani.
3. A Fikihun musulunci ba a la'akari da sunaye. Ana la'akari ne kawai da ma'anoni. Kiran Riba da sunan interest ko service charge ko COT ko ma mene ne bai canja mata hukunci. Haka shi ma Bashi bai canja hukunci duk sunan da aka ba shi.
4. Mu koma kan waccan matar mai biredi idan aka kaddara tana sayar da recharge card. Shi ma ya halalta in saya a matsayin Bashi in kara kudi a lokacin biya. Sai in tafi gida da biredina da katina. Ni kuma a ranar biya na san akwai karin da zan yi don ba farashinmu daya da mai kudi cash ba.
5. Idan zan sayi kati a unguwarmu inyi kari don na karbe shi Bashi, don me ba zan saya ga kamfani ba?
6. Kenan airtime haja ce da ake saya don amfaninta ba kudi ce ba. Amma ana rubuta mata kimar kudinta a jiki kamar yadda ake lika kudin biscuits a jikinsa a supermarket. Kuma ya halalta mai supermarket ya ba da shi Bashi tare da karin kudi. Haka shi ma mai shago ko kamfanin MTN, GLO dss.

Ina kara jaddada kiran da Dr. Sani ya yi cewa lamarin Shari'a ba kowa ne zai tsoma bakinsa ba. Wanda bai sani ba yana iya yin tambaya amma kada ya yi jayayya ballai sakin maganganu na rashin ladabi ga magadan Manzon Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.

Praise be to Allah
There is nothing wrong
with you giving zakat
al-fitr on behalf of
yourself and your
family from that bag of
rice which you received
as a gift, because the
gift becomes the
property of the one to
whom it was given,
which he may dispose of
however he wishes,
whether that is selling
it, giving it away, giving
it in charity and the like.
This has been explained
previously in the
answer to question no.
70272.
Indeed the scholars
(may Allah have mercy
on them) stated that if a
poor person
accumulates from the
zakaah of the rich more
than he and his
dependents need, he
may give zakat al-fitr
from that zakaah that
came to him.
Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may
Allah have mercy on
him) was asked: If a
poor person receives
zakaah al-fitr from
people, can he give his
own zakaah al-fitr from
that which was given to
him, or is that not
permissible?
Answer:
Yes, he may do that, if
what he was given came
to him before Eid, he
(may give his zakat al-
fitr from it). But if what
he was given does not
come to him until after
Eid, he does not have to
do anything, if he is
poor and does not have
anything on the night
before Eid; that is, if he
does not have a saa‘ to
give on his own behalf
or more than that to
give on behalf of
himself and the
members of his
household, because of
the severity of his
poverty. Then in that
case he does not have
to do anything, but if he
is well off enough to be
able to give a saa‘ on
his own behalf and
other saa‘s on behalf of
the members of his
household, he should
keep enough to meet his
own needs on the day of
Eid and the night of Eid,
and give zakat al-fitr
from the remainder on
behalf of himself and of
the members of his
household.

Na halarci idin
babbar salla
tare da
Manzon Allah
sallallahu alaihi
wa
sallama. Bayan

hudubarsa, sai
ya sauka daga
kan
minbarinsa, aka
kawo masa
ragon
layyarsa, sai ya
yanka shi da
hannunsa (mai
albarka).
Haka kuma an
karbo wani
hadisin
daga Abdullahi
Ibn Umar
radhiyallahu
anhum ya ce:
ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ
ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻛﺎﻥ
ﻳﺬﺑﺢ ﺃﺿﺤﻴﺘﻪ
ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺼﻠﻰ ﻭﻛﺎﻥ
ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﻤﺮ ﻳﻔﻌﻠﻪ.

Hakika Manzon
Allah sallallahu
alaihi wa
sallama ya
kasance yana
yanka abin
layyarsa a filin
idi.
Saboda haka ni
ma na kasance
ina
aikata hakan.
Don haka sai
limamai su yi

ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﻻ ﻋﻴﺶ ﺇﻻ

kamar haka:
-Na farkon su
shi ne koyi da
shi.
-Aiki da sunnar
sa.
-Bibiyar
zantukansa da
aiyukansa.
-Kwatanta
umarninsa.
-Nisantar hane-
hanensa.
-Ladabtuwa da
ladabansa, a
halin
wahala da
yalwa,da
nishaxi da
damuwa.
Abinda yake
karfafa
wannan shine
fadin Allah
(S.W.T):
ma’ana:
ka fada musu
ya kai wannan
annabi
mai girma, idan
kun kasance
kuna
son Allah, to ku

zunubanku.

zuwa garesu,

muhajirun)kuma
basa jin wani

zuciyarsu
game da abinda
Allah ya bawa
(muhajirai na

gabata a cikin
Ambato da

kuma suna
fifita su
(muhajirai)

da kuwa

kulli a zuciyar

ba to ka aikata:
wannan yana

sunnata,wanda

raya sunnata
haqiqa ya
soni.wanda

kasance tare
da ni a cikin
aljana.

Alhamdu lillahi

sune imani,
kuma imanin
bawa bazai
cika ba sai

subhanahu wa
ta’ala
yace:
“ kace idan har
iyayenku da
‘ya’yanku da
‘yan uwanku
da
matanku da
danginku da
dukiyar da
kuka
tsuwurwurta
da kasuwancin
da
kuke jin tsoron
tasgaronsa da
gidaje
da kuke yarda
dasu sune suka
fi
soyuwa a
gareku daga
Allah da
Manzonsa da
jihadi saboda
Allah ;to
ku zauna har
Allah ya zo da
al’amarinsa,
allah baya

domin Allah ya
kwankwashi
wadanda
dukiyarsu da
iyalansu da ‘ya
‘yansu
suka fi soyuwa
a garesu fiye
da Allah
da
manzonsa,kuma
yayi musu
narko
cewa su jira
har Allah ya zo
da
al’amarinsa,sannan
ya fasikantar
da
su, ya kuma
sanar da su
cewa sun
bacewa hanya
madaidaiciya,
Allah ba
zai shiryar da
su ba.
Hakanan kuma
wanda ya yi
la’akari
da wannan
ayar zai ga
cewa umarnin
bai tsaya ga
samuwar
soyayya ga
Allah da
Manzonsa
kadai ba,
barima
dai dole ne sai
wannan son ya
zama
sama da son
duk wani abu
wanda ba
su ba.
